Good stay. Room was great. 3rd floor, with a lovely balcony. There is no lift, but that was not a problem for us at all. The room had a fan which was great with the heat! Wi-Fi great. Liked the different colored towels for guests! Breakfast was good. If things ran out, the staff were quick to replace when pointed out. Location was great for what we wanted. Parking was good, often full, but able to park every day.
Only small thing was the bedding under the sheet had small tags on it, and it felt funny through the bottom sheet! Not a problem, just felt funny running your hand over it!

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable. Amazing view from window and just next to mountains. That’s was very nice experience :))
I wish they would accept card payments. The only payment method is cash.

breakfast was sufficient. room had a good view. the property maintained no noise during night hours. nearby restaurants plus in the vicinity of Hallstatt. hostess was also very welcoming.
it was hot without A/C or ceiling fan, only standing fans provisioned. with rising heatwave it becomes little warm.

Staff was friendly
Couldn't sleep the two nights we stayed. It was extremely hot and there was no fan. The pillows were like bin bags, the most uncomfortable pillows I have seen. Paid almost 200 euros per night for sleepless nights.
