This place had amazing views and great location. It is on the smaller side. Our family of 4 enjoyed it, just a little tight. Easy walk to the beach across the street. Didn’t have any issues with anything. The mattress could be replaced. A/C worked well. No ceiling fan in bedroom however. Would stay again.

We really enjoyed the location and proximity to the Gulf that this property offered. The Sound is right out the balcony door and the Gulf is across the street. The public access is a short walk from the driveway. We love Pensacola Beach and will likely look at this property availability upon our return. Just know, that it is an older unit with dated furnishings, but we were not looking for resort accommodations. The unit includes a washer/dryer located in the closet off the balcony. I had contacted the listing agent and was told that the unit did not include a washer/dryer. Other reviews left mixed info if the washer/dryer worked, so we opted not to risk it. If it is in working condition, it should be listed as an amenities. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and were pleasantly surprised to find it available the week of the 4th at a cost efficient rate. (we opted to stay an extra day, as the cost was reasonable compared to less days at a nearby property). The listing agent texted upon our arrival to ensure that the property met our expectations, which was a nice gesture.

Location was great to the beach at Fort Pickens, needed a TV in the bedroom, needed a heads up about the location of the washer, would loved to have had a pool to use.

Close to beaches and nice sunsets on the sound. They should replace the beds if they want to receive good reviews.
