About this apartment rental
Sabine Yacht & Racquet Club is a twelve-story luxury high-rise condominium facing the Gulf of Mexico in the front and Little Sabine Bay in the back, with beach access across the street. We are on the 7th floor. You can take a scenic 5-minute walk to the heart of beach activities that include a stroll on the fishing pier, shopping, restaurants, and bars with live music. If riding sounds more appealing, a seasonal trolley stops at the front entrance of Sabine to transport passengers up and down the beach at no charge.
The master suite has a king-size bed, private bath and overlooks the bay. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and also overlooks the bay. This room has a closet to hang clothing and also a large dresser. Please note that there are NO blinds or curtains on the glass sliding doors/windows. I recommend bringing a sleep mask. There are 2 televisions and internet access. WIFI is available inside condo and the clubhouse. There is a large swimming pool on the north side of the building, overlooking the boat dock and Little Sabine Bay. Guests can enjoy tennis courts, pickleball, fitness center, sauna and a boat launch. A boat slip rental is available. A bike and walking path runs in front of the building and the white sands of Pensacola Beach are directly across the street. Historic Fort Pickens is only 2 miles away.
We require online booking only and a minimum of 5 night stay.
The master bedroom closet is closed off, however there is a dresser in this room and a large closet in the 2nd bedroom and 1 empty dresser for clothing.
Our cancellation policy is a full refund 14 days prior to check- in minus any credit card, VRBO fees.
I offer long term off season discounts. There is no discount offered for summer season.

Home is light and bright. Not having curtains didn't bother us...kept it bright. Loved end unit where you can easily see the ocean from the living room area. Thank you for floor fans for each bedroom. Decorations were lovely and fitting for Florida. Complex had plenty of luggage carts and loved the shopping carts. Thank you for the complex's ice machine. Pool was nice. Cannot beat the bay view, and again being an end unit, just look over and you see the ocean. A/C ran perfectly and kept the home nice and cool. Great that the coin laundry room had a money/change machine. Lots of tenants but we never had an issue with using the washers or dryers. Elevators ran quickly. Roku and a nice-sized tv? Beds were comfie and appreciated the extra linens. Guest bedroom closet had lots of hangers. Hammocks at the pool were neat. We moored our boat at the complex and that totally just made this extra special for us and we could keep an eye on it too (bay-side of course). Unbeatable view; Sunsets were spectacular. Renters on floor above us were kind of noisy, but you cannot control that (heavy walkers, construction, using heavy doors to patio all the time...and not gently). Appreciate the Adirondack chairs - they are extra comfy and lower height doesn't obstruct the view. Close enough to walk to Tuesday concerts at the beach (and shopping/restaurants). Rode our e-bikes to Fort Pickens 3 times. Loved your home/will return next year for another long stay.

We enjoyed our stay at the facility. views were spectacular everyday sitting on the balcony. played Pickleball often, walked to and from the beach across the street via the holiday Inn access point. the gyms were nice. the host was responsive and attended to our needs in a timely manner. would definitely book again. family had a great holiday staying here. also took day trips to Emerald gulf coast Rosemary beach, Destin, Alys beach from here.

Wonderful property and views. Easy to get to anywhere. The pool is awesome. Be careful with your head on the bunkbeds. Thanks for a great time. !!
