This charming one-bedroom, one-bathroom condo comfortably sleeps up to four guests with a convenient sleeper sofa, making it ideal for couples, small families, or solo travelers looking to unwind.
Step out your back door and take in the stunning, unobstructed views of the bay, where tranquil waters and breathtaking sunsets provide the perfect backdrop to your stay. Just a short stroll across the street places you on the sugar-white sands of Pensacola Beach—no car needed to enjoy both the bay and the Gulf.
Located along scenic Fort Pickens Road, Sand Dollar offers a peaceful setting away from the hustle and bustle, yet it’s just minutes from all the excitement. Fort Pickens National Park is a short drive west, where you can explore coastal history, nature trails, and pristine beaches. Head east and you’ll find vibrant dining, water sports, shopping, and live music just moments away.
During the summer season (Memorial Day through Labor Day), enjoy the convenience of the free Pensacola Beach trolley, or catch a golf cart taxi year-round for easy transportation. For a taste of local history and culture, historic downtown Pensacola is only about 20 minutes away by car.

The unit was fabulous, very nice e amenities throughout the cozy corner unit right on the cusp of the Pensacola harbor. Watching the fish jumping each evening was such a pleasure, while sitting on the lanai sipping a cup of coffee. The environment is rich in hospitality with Fort Pickens just moments away and so much history to read and absorb. I highly recommend this vacation unit. It was perfect for us.
