It was very clean and comfortable. The view was beautiful. I absolutely LOVED this place and will rent again! The shower for washing off the sand was messed up but we did have a water hose so that was fine! We got to see a dolphin right behind the beach house in the water!

Great location. Condo is big and spacious…our grandkids love it.
The sofa bed needs a new mattress topper to make it more comfortable. We piled two comforters on it to make it more comfortable.

Proximity to beach was stellar. Walking distance to restaurants and convenience stores were great. The views were amazing. Size of the unit allowed for free reign and spacing.
Was very run-down. No vacuum cleaner or broom/dustpan to pick up sand. Lightbulbs missing or not working. Unit was VERY VERY HOT when we arrived. We saw several cockroaches. Two of the dining room chairs were broken. The TV was hard to navigate and there were no instructions. One of the toilets had dried urine at the base.
