The cleanliness of the home along with the location between the beach and the sound was phenomenal. Everything was close by and we will definitely be booking this location again on our next trip!

Only disappointed in the amount of blanket bedding. This home only supplies extra sheets, not actual bedding blankets.

The interior of the unit was nicely updated and comfortable with plenty of room for our group. We thought the package of necessities was a nice touch. The location is super close to the beach which was great.

I cannot think of anything at this time.

The size of the rooms.

The steps, which was very hard on us with our age and with the bedroom being upstairs with very older small steps at that. Other than that everything was very pleasing.

The room was nice. There was plenty of room. It was clean.

The description clearly stated it was oceanfront. It is not oceanfront. I sent an email asking where beach access was. I was told it was directly across the street. Directly across the street is a holiday inn. So you have to walk down the street about a quarter of a mile, cross the street then walk to the beach. That was a huge disappointment. You could not see the ocean or the beach at all from the room. And that was the main reason that I booked it was because it said oceanfront. Usually with a rental, there are some instructions, a book, something with local attractions, what to do with garbage, linens etc. There was none of that. The only thing was the Wi-Fi and password and the location of the washer and dryer which was out on the patio. There was also a problem with the downstairs couch and extra blanket downstairs. They smelled really bad. I did mention that in the email as well. I don't think the blanket had ever been washed and I don't know that the smell will come out of the couch. We had to get another blanket to put over the back of the couch just so we could sit on it because it smells so bad. I'm glad I only booked the room for two nights. I would have been really upset if I would have booked it for a whole week.
