Beautiful view and nice condo. Be prepared to bring all your own paper goods, toiletries, spices (to include salt and pepper) coffee filters and soaps.

We had a blast, the location is great, and easy to access all of pensacola beach. Everything with the condo was as expected, and was very clean and well maintained. We didn't have any issues with the property at all. The only downside was that beach access was a little harder than we expected. The condo is across the street from the beach, and you can't cross over the dunes. So you have to walk about 400 yards down the beach (Past the Holiday Inn express) to get to a public beach access.

Property & grounds were clean, Condo was very spacious, but between the need for a *Major* “up-to-date” facelift of the place and the fact that everything was so “bare-bones” (1 roll TP, 1 roll PT, no spices, no ice tray, etc.) I will not be rebooking at this particular property.
I will say the ocean view was beautiful & the balcony was very spacious. This was my first time to not book with a “SuperHost” and I know the difference now.
