Treehouse Townhome

The location and views were phenomenal! Everything was clean.

Needs up to date light fixtures and blinds. None of the blinds in the living room worked, so you couldn’t pull them up to enjoy the beautiful view from inside. The pull out bed was very worn down and you could feel the springs really bad.

I loved location and the facilities. Access to the bay from back door and access to gulf directly across the street from front door.

No breakfast

Garage lock had a different code

The location is awesome. The ocean in front and bay in the back, beautiful in both sides 😍

Does need some updates, the tub in the small bedroom sides are too tall, and the glass shower is outdates. The combination to get in one of them was too long. Air condition needs fixed or there was a rat stuck in the same place in the wall in the master bathroom. There is a noice around the vent in there. I would get rid the old couch out and put the kitchen table in there, so people could watch TV build the puzzles, eat in there maybe put a smaller breakfast table in the kitchen. Getting rid of the old could would make it look updated. Also would nice to have a small top deck so you could see the ocean from the condo, maybe could build steps up to a smaller lookout on the existing balcony.
