We loved everything.

It was simply a beautiful place! very well run, exceptionally clean (meticulous) Staff super knowledgeable on the area & the rooms are extremely comfortable, very good mattresses! towels & bedding are changed often. Communication between us & staff was clear & prompt. Breakfast was enjoyable & so fresh!
More outdoor seating would be a bonus for days when you want to relax & not travel. Breakfast is fresh & very good but a little frugal. No tea of coffee making facilities in room but there is a fridge where you can put your own milk & make tea or coffee in the little downstairs area, which has various teas & coffee pods & snacks & drinks for sale for a small cost. Pool is too cold to use this time of year (late Sept) as not heated. But I’m nit picking, it is a very beautiful place of a high standard & we would stay again!!

An absolute gem: well maintained, lovely rooms, nice pool and garden and the owner is just fantastic, helpful and kind. For sure we will be back!

A nice property, in a quiet area near Lucca. I loved the courtyard and pool area! The hosts are warm and lovely.
It would have been nice to have some mosquito nets. The breakfast was very basic. I would have loved to have more home made items.
