The property was generally clean and comfortable. The apartment was close to public transportation, but also waling distance to Old Valencia and most of the historic sites.
Only issues were that there was no laundry detergent for the washer, and some maintenance issues in the shower. It probably was clean, but didn't look that way.
Another issue was with neighborhood; I wasn't used to most the restaurants opening at 1:00 PM for lunch, and closing at 3 for 4, and then not opening until 7 or 8 for dinner. Be careful of using Google to see if the restaurants are open, because it was wrong 80% of the time.
