I loved the in room bath as well as the staff. The hotel was incredibly accommodating and had infinite ice cream. Very generous hospitality and the meals were great. Don’t doubt going I am a foreigner and had an amazing time. Totally worth it and really appreciate the Nepalese hotel staff for helping with translation. 10/10

We enjoyed our stay in the suite with a wonderful view of Chikugo river. Service was amazing and everyone played an important role to ensure a relaxing and memorable stay. Dinner and breakfast menu were well explained with attentiveness to details and they also went the extra mile to satisfy our preferences. We also appreciate that they took the time to introduce the facilities around the room and building so that we can enjoy our stay to the fullest.
Location is quite a distance away from city center. We were able to get a taxi to the hotel from Dazaifu but we were unable to get a taxi to our next hotel location in Beppu. We were very thankful that the staff offered alternative solutions and made additional transport arrangements for us so that we can have a smooth journey.

No light-blocking curtains and room too bright, no public bath and the in-room onsen not hot enough and too small
