The place is actually pretty comfortable for our family of 3 with a 2-year-old toddler. We have a good amount of room for ourselves to comfortably spend our 1.5 week trip here in fukuoka. This place is also minutes from the main Hakata station, and it has a park out front. The beds are also comfortable and firm. The kitchen is well equipped.
The only dislike was the construction that's happening at the building during our stay. It was dusty everywhere and noisy during the daytime. The host messaged us about 2 weeks before our trip, but it was too late for us to cancel with them to book another place. They also didn't give us a discount for our inconvenience.

It's not far away from Hakata station, about 7 minutes walk, and there's a supermarket nearby, so it's very convenient. There are pots and pans in the room, salt and oil, so you can cook your own food,
The soundproofing in this room isn't very good, and the cleanliness could be improved, the soles of the slippers in the room are very dirty (they're black), and the elevator is very narrow, so it can only accommodate 2 pieces of big luggage and 4 adults.
