Appartamento spazioso, pulito e molto accogliente.
Dispone di un bel balcone vista giardino, in una zona tranquilla e silenziosa.
Vicinissimo al centro paese e alla spiaggia, oltre che alle maggiori passeggiate.
Comodissimo il posto auto riservato, che si trova all'interno del complesso condominiale (non coperto).
Host gentilissimo, che fornisce moltissime indicazioni utili (anche se parla solo francese ci siamo capiti ugualmente).
C'è tutto il necessario di cui si ha bisogno per fare una vacanza in totale relax.
Il condominio è un po' vecchiotto ad una prima occhiata, ma non rispecchia lo stato dell'appartamento (che è assolutamente rinnovato in ogni aspetto).
Unico neo, il bagno diviso in due: da una parte dell'appartamento c'è il water (in uno stanzino a parte) ed all'opposto della casa tutto il resto (doccia, lavabo in un'altra stanza), il che rende le operazioni un po' laboriose, perché bisogna passare da un lato all'altro per pulirsi.

Le propriétaire est venu nous remettre les clés . Logement très bien . Parc très grand autour de la résidence . Logement très proche du centre (5 minutes à pied)
Il manque une notice pour l'utilisation du four , car je n'ai pas réussi à le faire chauffer et pourtant je suis très bricoleur

Herrlich gelegen in einem großen Park. Sicherer Parkplatz. Völlig ruhig gelegen, obwohl man in 5-10 Minuten im Zentrum und Starnd ist.
Haben auf dem Balkon Abendgegessen mit herrlichem Blick in den Park.
Ein paar Vorhänge wären nicht schlecht. Zur Mittagszeit kann es sehr heiss werden, eventuell zusätzlicher Schonnenschutz auf dem Balkon.
