The location and generous size for a two bed property. It was also very clean (one of the cleanest I have ever booked) and the heating is excellent. Parking also a real bonus.
The beds, mattresses thin and uncomfortable. I would suggest investing in new ones as otherwise the property is great.
We also had to switch the boiler on, not a big issue but it would be nice if this was done before arrival, particularly in winter.
