It was a very quiet, quaint and spacious place with a large patio. We had a friendly but brief welcome by the host. The house is equipped with everything you need. If you like a secluded holiday experience with good food in walking distance (e.g. Taverna Kriti, awesome food and great host Jorgo) this is one of the best places you can stay. It is also very close to the beach, although you might want to wait for the afternoon to go there (hot stones).

Everything seemed a bit outdated. The second bedroom was not actually a room but only divided by the main room by a wooden folding screen. The french bed in the second room was actually only two mattresses put on top of each other. The mattress in the main bedroom was quite hard. There was very low water pressure. The air conditioning in the main room seemed to require maintenance as it periodically turned off and on in the nights and dropped condensate. Important if you are traveling with kids: it has three floors with stairs not safe for small children, because the railing has too large gaps. The edges of the patio outside are unsecured.
