Chambre spacieuse et joli extérieur au sein de l'hôtel

Salle de bain un peu vétuste mais de nouvelles chambres étaient en construction donc je suppose qu'elles seront très bien.

- Le personnel, le bar, la piscine, l'ambiance détente, - Les massages proposés dans l'espace extérieur, - Etablissement à taille humaine

- le vin rouge servi froid au repas - la salle de restaurant est un peu bruyante et mériterait un effort d'acoustique - il manque des supports pour faire sécher les affaires de baignades comme un tancarville sur le balcon

Camere semplici, rinnovate ma non nuove, spaziose e pulite. Si trovano all’estremità della struttura principale che si raggiunge in pochissimi passi. Il corpo centrale è molto curato sia nelle parti comuni che nel giardino e ha un bellissimo orto. Un giorno si è un giorno no a bordo piscina c’è intrattenimento musicale. Il ristorante offre una colazione molto varia, dolce, salato, frutta. La cena ha un menu che si ripete settimanalmente, sempre presente moltissima verdura e frutta. Il personale é estremamente cortese. La strutta si trova a poca distanza dal mare, affitto ombrellone e 2 lettini dai €15 ai €18. Consigliata la macchina per raggiungere le belle soiaggie nelle vicinanze.

Alla domenica non vengono rifatte le camere. In effetti l’hotel si trova sul corridoio aereo ma a parte le prime sere ci si abitua facilmente.

The staff at Ilios Suites were exceptionally kind and genuinely tried to assist whenever any issue arose. The property and pool area were very well maintained and always spotless, creating a pleasant and relaxing atmosphere. Parking was never a problem, and the location is excellent – just a short walk from the beach. Overall, the accommodation and shared spaces were kept impressively clean, and the team showed consistent effort in ensuring guests felt comfortable.

Communication among the staff could be improved. For example, the bathroom window in our accommodation was missing a handle, so it couldn't be properly opened or closed, and despite efforts to help, it was never fixed during our stay. There was also no mosquito net, which led to insects entering the room. Additionally, the cleaning staff, while doing a great job, sometimes entered the room without knocking, which was uncomfortable. Before arrival, had contacted the property about vegan food options and was told this would be no problem. While I always received plant-based milk at breakfast, it took three days to arrange a simple vegan option for bread, and what was provided was only a block of vegan cheese. Since such products are easily available nearby, this could have been handled more smoothly. Overall, while the staff were kind and helpful, communication-both regarding maintenance and dietary requests-needs improvement.
