A very well located apartment in the most beautiful seaside village. Maria is wonderful host

Warm and friendly welcome from a lovely host. Property is tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the main street, but not too high up in the village to make it hard to get to.

Very slight odour coming from the lounge couch. May have possibly suffered a spill (alcohol?) at one time.

Wonderful!

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. The location is excellent, close to Manarola marina, local shops, restaurants and train station. It is cozy, clean and had all the essential facilities for a comfortable stay. Maria was super friendly and easy to communicate with. She made the check-in process very smooth and helped us with all our questions. Thank you very much! We had a great experience and would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Cinque Terre.

great spot, easy access although, as with all of the area, the shill are a bit challenging at the end of the day

the only downside was when we booked we assumed we had views of the sea as per the images on booking.com but unfortunately there were no views

Wonderful stay

The apartment is lovely, big and very clean. The location is ideal! Maria is a great hostess and went to pick me up near the train station ( the location of the apartment is a little bit hidden), she was always very attentive and available for anything that might be needed. Everything you might need is very near ( the supermarket, the pharmacy and several wonderful restaurants). I loved my stay at Manarola and I will return for sure!

Perfect place to stay in Manarola

This is a fantastic apartment, in a great location. It’s a simple, private guest house just a 1 minute walk to Manarola Marina which was perfect for early morning swimming. Also, Maria is an amazing host - she goes out of her way to help. Highly recommend staying here!

A fantastic base for the Cinque Terre.

A great base for the Cinque Terre! Maria was a delightful host and incredibly helpful with local advice. The room was comfortable and spacious and equipped with a small fridge which we found very useful. A lovely stay.

There was nothing we didn’t like but TRAVEL LIGHT and be ready to carry your luggage up and down steep steps.

Didn't order breakfast. Very good location. The host met us at the trainstation just before midnight to take us to the hotel!!! Amazing service! And when we were leaving the host carried our suitcases down the steep stairs.

The host Maria is charming, lovely and helpful. The location is grt, the usual difficult stairs situation in Manarola. Maria organised Paulo to get my luggage up and down the stairs and that was MONEY WELL SPENT, Fantastic. Paulo is the local luggage transfer company.

Beautiful and relaxing area

The host, Maria, was just amazing! We asked her to tell us where the nearest laundromat was and she instead did our laundry as there was not one nearby. She also was very friendly and great to talk to. The location of the property was fabulous- just off the main strip and near the beach. Manarola was a gorgeous town- quieter than Monterosso but great to swim in and still had a lovely vibe.

Clean maisonet in a great location.

Great location with a great view. Many steps uphill so you have to be in good health and shape. Very clean. Nice hostess who helped me find my way in the dark when my flight was delayed and I arrived late.

Booked two rooms for a family of four. Was told by the hostess that there was an extra €20 per day for using the sofa as sofa bed. Can’t find any fine print on booking with this charge.

Our room was dark and didn’t feel very private. When we booked from the pictures we thought the room had a balcony or more windows - be sure to not select the base room as we were a little disappointed. Everything was a little old, but ok for location and price.

Everything was clean and tidy! The place was very spacious with handy storage, a good bathroom and nice decor. Its location was ideally right off the main street and yet sufficiently tucked away to be quiet and peaceful.

Excellent property, lovely village with nice bars and a place to swim

Breakfast wasn’t provided but there were cafes very close by. There was a kettle, cups, glasses abd cutlery. Basic toiletries provided. Nice internal balcony. Maria was very friendly and helpful. Bed was firm but super comfy. Great location close to train station. In a reasonably quiet area of town and not as many steps to our property compared to other locations. But you do have to go up a couple of quite steep slopes and down a few steep steps to access property. Nice lounge to relax in.

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like. A microwave would be an added bonus for people who want to self cater.

Better than expected

Maria was a lovely host that was very kind and helpful during our three nights stay at Manarola. The location is simply perfect, train station by foot, restaurants all around after a long day of travelling and a quiet and fresh room to gather up energy for the next destination.

The only 'trouble' one could have would be the many steps to get to Il Patio. However, if you're coming to Cinque Terre, you cannot avoid these, but lovely rooms in il patio are perfect for relaxing your new leg muscles in :)

Very warm welcome! I recommend!

Maria, the owner of the hotel, is an incredible person. She’s super welcoming! The hotel is located in the heart of Manarola. The room was very clean and spacious. There were a fridge and an electric kettle (coffee and tea provided). Nice terrace with tables where you can sit and enjoy your morning coffee. We were allowed to leave our luggage before check-in time and moved in as soon as the room was cleaned (were notified with a message). On the last day we could also keep our bags until whenever needed.
