A few minutes from the station on foot, comfortable room with air conditioning

The Floor was not clean, it was sticky like it hadn’t been cleaned for a long time… the rest of the room was clean! The room was close to the reception and a but noisy!

We liked it that it is near Termini station and also near the Metro. In a beautiful area where you can find any kind of shop. Room very cleqn and comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay and will retutn for sure.

The location is the best! Beautiful building. We could leave our luggage the last day after checkout.

Uncomfortable beds. Too noisy corridor. There was alarm from the lift which woked us up at 4, 5, 6 AM in the mornings everyday and couldn't sleep.

The place is 10-15 minutes walk to the main station and is near the restaurants and Cafés. The room's window opened to the inside yard (and not to the street) and therefore it was quite. There was an air conditioner in the room.

We reserved a double room from this app. It looked nice and comfortable in the photos of the booking.com app, but as we arrived there and got the keys, the room did not look like the photos on the profile of the place for double rooms. It looked old and not nice, there was a strong bad smell in the bathroom, and the towels had stains and seemed not to be washed properly. During the nights I was waking up several times because of the loud warning sound that appeared to come from the lift. The staff of check-in was polite but not friendly. The room service did not throw our garbage away everyday, and I doubt they washed the toilet and the water basin at all. It was written in the description, that there are power sockets near the beds, but there were not. It was written in the description that the place offers a laundry service if we pay. It was really important for me because I planed to let my laundry to be washed during the trip and therefore did not bring enough clothes with me, but they did not have such service although it was written in the description of their profile in the app. To make it worse, we were also not allowed to wash our clothes ourselves.
