The staff were so nice. The room was recently renovated and pretty clean. The society seems pretty safe with the locks. They gave us early check in and a room with street view. Superb view. Pretty close to Termini station.
If you want to store luggage, you have to carry it up without lift. The floor doesn’t have lift. It is apartment style and many hotels are in the same place so it is very confusing to find. Go in the one with has Serendipity written.
