I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel in Rome. Overall, I am very satisfied with my experience. The room I stayed in was renovated, clean, and nicely arranged. The bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom was also good and well maintained. The location is excellent, which made it very convenient for exploring the city. The staff were very kind and helpful throughout my stay. I would especially like to praise Baseem, who was extremely friendly and professional. Overall, I had a great experience and I would definitely recommend this hotel to other travelers visiting Rome.

Lift can only accommodate 2 persons per trip. No kettle, no glass, no mug they only have small fridge and hair dyer.

Termini is just 5min walk. Convenient if you will be using trains always. Our other room's heating function didn't functioned. Good we just stayed for 1 night.

The rooms look nothing like the pictures haha. It is a very old hotel. The bathroom stunk the whole time. I don’t think I would stay there again.
