Very clean centrally located apartment

This is a very comfortable apartment in the town center. we knew there were two separate beds, which is not our choice, but we wanted to be centrally located. We made the decision to stay because of the location. Finding a restaurant for dinner on Monday night was not easy. We had to resort to the grocery store nearby. The apartment is nicely furnished and clean. The owner is very gracious.

The wine and snacks were appreciated! Looking directly out the front windows and across the square is a very good bakery ~~ we had both sandwiches and desserts. Very nice stay, would definitely return again if in the area.

Spotlessly clean. Perfect location on the main square of the town. Parking is possible in the street but usually right in front of the house. Restaurants and bars within 100 meters. The owner is very kind and helpful. Very good value for the money. Highly recommended!

Leuk appartement aan de markt van een zeer fraai stadje

De twee Froschhaus appartementen liggen op een zeer fraaie locatie. Ons appartement was niet bepaald ruim, maar zeker groot genoeg. Het ligt aan de leuke markt van dit zeer fraaie, Hollands aandoende stadje. De ontvangst door de verhuurster was bijzonder hartelijk. Parkeren is niet altijd makkelijk. Toch konden wij parkeren voor het appartement, maar of dit eigenlijk wel mocht, is de vraag. Tot nu toe hebben wij echter geen bekeuring ontvangen, dus waarschijnlijk mocht het wel. De prijs/kwaliteit van dit appartement was zeker goed. Wij kunnen het Kikkerhuis van harte aanbevelen.

De badkamer was niet erg comfortabel. Voor ons was dit echter geen enkel probleem.

Friedrichstadt lohnt sich, Apartment könnte ein bisschen komfortabler sein.

Die Lage des Apartments war sehr gut. Fast mitten im Zentrum von Friedrichstadt, also sehr zentral und doch ruhig. Sehr gut waren auch die Sauberkeit und die Kopfkissen. Es gab eine Infomappe mit allen Details zu Friedrichstadt. Außerdem hat uns gefallen, bei gutem Wetter an der Gracht sitzen zu können mit Tischchen und Stühlen aus der Garage neben dem Apartment.

Das Apartment war s e h r spartanisch eingerichtet. Ein gemütliches Frühstück zu Zweit war nicht möglich, da der Platz zwischen Tisch und Bett zu eng war um noch einen normalen Stuhl hinstellen zu können. Ein leichter Klappstuhl, der im Kämmerchen, wo die Regale stehen, untergebracht werden könnte, wäre unseres Erachtens hilfreich. Die Lampe über dem Bett Ist von diesem aus nur sehr unbequem zu bedienen und die Matratze war viel zu weich. Bei zwei Personen mussten sich beide gleichzeitig drehen, so hat’s geschaukelt und wir sind beide schlank.

Top-Lage am Markt in Friedrichstadt. Es wurden umfassende Informationen zum Ort und der Unterkunft bereitgestellt, liebevolle Einrichtung, Willkommensgeschenke für Gäste. Frühstücksküche für diesen Zweck OK.

Breite des Doppelbetts nur 140 cm, dies wurde aber vorab kommuniziert. Neutral weil die Vermieterin nichts dafür kann: Parken direkt vor der Unterkunft ist kostenfrei möglich, aber wg. Lindenblüten und Krähen aktuell nicht empfehlenswert. Besser einen Parkplatz ohne Bäume suchen!

Perfekt zum SUP fahren, Baden, Radfahren und Entspannen!

Die Lage direkt am Marktplatz in Friedrichstadt ist super. WLan vorhanden und kostenlos nutzbar. Die "Frühstücksküche" ist – wie der Name schon sagt – nicht zum Kochen geeignet aber für jede Form von Frühstück und kalter Küche prima. Betten und Bad ebenso fein, wir haben sehr gut geschlafen. Sogar eine kleine Waschmaschine ist vorhanden. Eine Bäckerei ist direkt gegenüber auf der anderen Seite des Marktplatzes, dort kann man auch frühstücken. Allerdings empfehlen wir das Cafe am Bahnhof, welches auch in wenigen Minuten erreichbar ist. Alle Attraktionen inklusive des kostenlosen! Strandbades sind bequem fußläufig zu erreichen. Tagesausflüge mit der Bahn nach Husum (8 Minuten) oder Sankt Peter Ording (Umstieg in Husum, eine gute Stunde Fahrtzeit) eine zusätzliche Abwechslung. Für uns ein besonderer Pluspunkt: Wir konnten unsere Fahrräder und unsere SUPs in der zugehörigen Garage abstellen (dort gibt es auch einen Trockenboden zum Trocknen der Wäsche/ Badebekleidung). Schlicht ein Luxus, die Luft nicht nach jeder Tour wieder ablassen und sie verpacken zu müssen. Einsatzmöglichkeit direkt am Haus, man muss lediglich die Straße queren. Des Weiteren besteht die Möglichkeit, einen kleinen Tisch nebst Stühlen an der Gracht (dem Kanal) zu platzieren und dort mit Buch, einem Glas Wein oder einem Kaffee zu verweilen.

Wir hatten das Glück, dass das Wetter perfekt war, das ist in Norddeutschland ja nicht immer der Fall. An der Unterkunft hatten wir absolut nichts auszusetzen, vor allem nicht für den Preis. Klein aber fein und völlig ausreichend.

Sehr schön und entspannend, ich komme hier immer wieder gerne zum Urlaub.

Die Lage ist für Friedrichstadt absolute Spitze, besser geht es nicht. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, eine perfekte Gastgeberin. Es war alles zu meiner vollsten Zufriedenheit.

Das einzige, was aber überall in Friedrichstadt in jeder Ecke stört, ist abends und morgens das laute Dauergeschrei der Krähen. Hier wäre endlich mal die Stadt gefordert, was dagegen zu unternehmen.

Gemütliche Ferienwohnung in direkter Innenstadtlage; schöne und geschichtsträchtige Stadt.

Die Lage der Ferienwohnung in Friedrichstadt war ideal. Mit der Adresse Am Markt 1 lag das Gebäude mit der 1-Zi-Wohnung einfach ideal mitten in der Altstadt. Restaurants, der Bäcker und alle Sehenswürdigkeiten des Ortes waren gut fußläufig zu erreichen. Ideal für einen Kurzurlaub um mit dem Fahrrad die Umgegend zu erkunden. Fahrradgarage war vorhanden. Blick von der Wohnung direkt auf den Mittelburggraben. Leider war das Wetter zu regnerisch um mehr als 1 Tag (Wetter sonnig) mit dem Fahrrad zu fahren. Die alternative Stadtführung sehr empfehlungswert.

Das Bett (Breite 1,40 m) hatte leider nur eine einzige durchgängige Matratze. Dadurch hat jede Bewegung einer Person die zweite mit beeinflusst. Besser wären zwei 70er-Matratzen. Eine kleine Kaffeemaschine wäre OK gewesen, die kleine Kaffeepresse/French Press aber vermutlich ausreichend. Wir hatten unsere eigene Standard-Kaffeemaschine mitgebracht.

Wir waren für ein Wochenende Ende Januar dort und haben es voll und ganz genossen, wunderbar.

Die Lage ist einfach Super. Egal ob Restaurant, Bäcker, Einkauf oder durch den Ort bummeln, alles ist in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Vermieterin ist wirklich sehr nett und zuvorkommend und hat sogar ein kleines Begrüßungspräsent bereitgestellt. Vielen lieben Dank dafür :) Für Radreisende steht eine eigene Garage neben dem Appartement zur Verfügung und lässt es somit an nichts mangeln. Sehr Empfehlenswert.
