A good place to stay and walk (or go by boat) arround the nice town Friedrichstadt.

Good breakfast, excelent location, nice town.

Windows of our room were not clean from outside. A lot of spiders contrasted with a nice view through the windows.

Die Unterkunft und die Dame vom Frühstück waren sehr gut und freundlich. Die Dame vom Empfang war zu Anfang auch freundlich hat sich aber dann geweigert für das Abendessen einen Tisch zu bestellen. Ihr Antwort: "Es ist alles frei, keine Reservierung notwendig". Am Abend gegen 18.00 kam dann die Quittung, das Lokal war voll und es war nur noch ein Platz auf den Hochstühlen frei. Wir sind nun schon im Rentenalter und das kletten nicht mehr so gewohnt, daher gab es Probleme und die Dame wurde auch sehr "pampig". Ein Keller hat sich dann bemüht die Situation zu klären und hat uns dann auch noch freundlich bedient.

Viele der Zimmer Merkmale fehlten. Abgewohnt und laut. Eher eine Kammer für Alleinreisende als ein Hotelzimmer. Dafür zu teuer.

Vielleicht war unser Zimmer das schäbigste im Haus. Kann man eigentlich nicht vermieten. Alles ist zusammengestückelt.

Von außen sah es erst mal einladend aus. Das Badezimmer war sauber außer der Boden.

Wir hatten ein Zimmer im Dachgeschoss. Der Teppichboden war nicht sauber , ebenfalls Badezimmerboden. Ich hatte es erwähnt, es wurde zwar gesagt, dass jemand kommen würde, wurde aber ignoriert.

Frühstück,s Tische waren meistens nicht gerichtet, das Geschirr stand noch von anderen Gästen lange auf den Tischen. Personal Mangel oder Sparmaßnahme?

Jederzeit gerne wieder!

Gut gelegenes Hotel, das völlig unseren Erwartungen entsprochen hat. Ich kann die teils negativen Bewertungen nicht verstehen. Die Zimmer sind ruhig (auch zur Straße) und völlig sauber. Dass man hier kein 5-Sterne Hotel bucht, weiß man ja. Die Lage am Rande Friedrichstadts ist prima, das Personal exzeptionell freundlich, die Zimmer sauber und völlig ok, das Frühstück gut. Wir würden immer wieder buchen.

Mir tat der supernette, schnelle Mitarbeiter etwas leid, der bei unserer Ankunft Rezeption des Hotels, Bar und Service im Restaurant in Personalunion war. Auch am Morgen war die Dame völlig alleine.. Ein/e Kollegin würde den beiden guttun ;)

Lage des Hauses o.k.,Frühstück ebenfalls.

Das Zimmer war sehr primitiv, keine Ablagemöglichkeiten für Koffer und Kulturtaschen, marode Leitungen, keine Verdunkelungsmöglichkeiten, keine Minibar, keine Kaffeemaschine, obwohl in der Beschreibung angegeben.

Da ich das Hotel schon eine weile Kenne hat sich in den letzten Jahren nichts verändert.

Zimmer war eine Abstellkammer,Kabel für Fernseher lagen offen und wurden mehrfach verlängert. Brand und Rauchschutztüren wurden auch über Nacht mit Türstopper offengehalten. Erheblicher Sanierungsstau Außen und Innen. Personal war nicht in der Lage eine Ordentliche Rechnung zu erstellen.

Bra läge i staden. Lätt att parkera. Enkel incheckning och utcheckning. Rymligt rum.

Basal standard på rummet. Dörren till rummet var av enkel modell och låset väldigt enkelt och kändes inte särskilt pålitligt. Frukostbuffén verkade inte fyllas på under tidsperioden när frukosten serverades, så när vi kom till frukost någon timme efter att den startat så fanns det inte så mycket kvar, varken av bröd, pålägg eller annat.

Die Dusche war unsauber. Das Bett war für zwei Personen viel zu eng (1,4m Breite). Das Zimmer war sehr klein.
