The Dear is more like a boutique hostel, or staying with a friend. The house is really lovely and everything is of a very high standard. The room was spacious and comfortable and the shared bathroom was just next to us so not really an issue. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need. Lots of common areas, rooftop terraces and two lounge areas as well as a small garden.
Everything is kept very clean and the location is very convenient for the historical centre.
Good communication and the hosts are very well organized for your arrival.
If traveling by bus arrange travel to the bus station near the accommodation, its much more convenient than the main CAPU terminal.
Noise fairly persistent from a nearby bar at the weekend.

Good central location in the centre of Puebla, nice hosts, comfortable room, spacious, nice to have a kitchen available to make tea or cook.
The shower room was very small, would be difficult for a bigger person to close the door and use the shower

The location is convenient, you can use the shared spaces including the kitchen with the fridge and everything.
Although it‘s in an inner courtyard it was very noisy from the music on the plaza across the street which made it difficult to sleep. Also you hear everything from other rooms and we had other guests returning late in the night and making a lot of noisey The old man receiving us was friendly but he didn‘t know much. The bathroom is very very small and we didn‘t have hot water after one quick showe, I wrote my contact on whatsapp she responded only the next day saying that no one else complained so everything seemed normal (we also didn‘t have hot water the next day although we waited a long time letting the water run), I‘m sure there are better places for the same price.
