Good location in terms of accessibility but not that good location in terms of loud surroundings.
Thin walls and windows. Loud surroundings - you can hear parties each night up till 04:00am.

La posizione è strategica: a 300 metri dal cuore della movida di Playa de las Americas, a 100 metri dalla fermata autobus per l’aeroporto e vicino a supermercati, bar e ristoranti.
L’appartamento è davvero grande e dotato dei principali comfort.
Entrava luce dalla finestra della camera e questo non ha permesso di dormire bene.
Si sente un po’ di musica dai locali della movida.
La pulizia dovrebbe migliorare.
Piccolo disguido con il check-in: ci era stato accordato alle 14:00 ma poi quando già stavamo arrivando all’appartamento ci è stato detto che non era più possibile anticiparlo.

It was a good size. Clean. Affordable. Private. And safe.
It was very dated. Very mix-match. Didn’t like the brick flooring throughout and disability style metal banister. Needs some money spending on it to modernize a bit. Should have put pool instructions for access on the first message to me, replying at 10pm on my last day with instructions when I fancied a swim and was faced with a locked door wasn’t great.
