Amazing location in Las Americas but far from the noisy clubs, distant only 6 min walk. My flat had new furnishings; nice balcony, comfortable bed, big bathroom and shower which is always helpful. I like the easy check in and check out process.
To make it perfect I'd add proper dark curtains for light sleepers like me. And maybe a less noisy fridge. Some lamps close to the bed would be also nice.

We liked the area. Quiet but close to all shops, restaurants etc.
We would have liked a wardrobe. There was only cupboards with shelves We couldn't hang our clothes up. OK for 3 days but very bad for a longer stay.
The staff at the reception were not very helpful. We rang the owners and they were more helpful.
We had to carry our cases up a lot of stairs to get to the very unhelpful reception area.

The property was modern and clean. The location was ideal.
Poor communication from the host. The check-in instructions weren’t very clear. The apartment is privately owned and not managed by the hotel, so they won’t help with any issues. I couldn’t open the door to the room (had to kick it to open) and the host did not respond to help with this issue at any point in our stay.
