Appartement tout neuf , Super douche , très cosy et très très propre , la piscine est super aussi chaude , grande ,propre, exposition plein sud , petit bar , à 5 min du bord de mer et des cafés boites de nuit . Très calme la nuit . La climatisation très simple . Parfait

Amazing location in Las Americas but far from the noisy clubs, distant only 6 min walk. My flat had new furnishings; nice balcony, comfortable bed, big bathroom and shower which is always helpful. I like the easy check in and check out process.
To make it perfect I'd add proper dark curtains for light sleepers like me. And maybe a less noisy fridge. Some lamps close to the bed would be also nice.

The property was modern and clean. The location was ideal.
Poor communication from the host. The check-in instructions weren’t very clear. The apartment is privately owned and not managed by the hotel, so they won’t help with any issues. I couldn’t open the door to the room (had to kick it to open) and the host did not respond to help with this issue at any point in our stay.
