The owner was very helpful accommodating both an early and late check in/out. Apartment clean and has all that was required for our stay.

The external areas required a bit of updating and improved lighting. Swimming pool area and pool need a significant facelift.

The location is excellent: just an 8-minute walk from Magma bus station and about 10 minutes from the main bus station in Costa Adeje. The coast is also within a 5–7 minute walk. Siam Mall, including a large food supermarket, can be reached in 12–15 minutes on foot, so everything you need is conveniently nearby. The apartment is well-equipped and cosy, with a comfortable bed and reliable Wi-Fi. The host, Gaetano, contacted me in advance to arrange the check-in time, and kindly allowed a later check-out than stated in the conditions, which made it possible to spend a few extra hours in comfort.

Personally, it didn’t bother me much, but those who are sensitive to noise should be aware that it can get noisy in the evenings due to the Irish bar downstairs.

Majoituspaikka oli viihtyisä, siisti ja rauhallinen. Arvostin erityisesti vuokraantajan nopeaa ja ystävällistä reagointia viesteihin – kaikki sujui mutkattomasti. Majoituspaikka oli hyvin varustettu ja kokonaisuus teki lomasta rentouttavan.

Parveke etelän suuntaan olisi tehnyt oleskelusta vielä miellyttävämmän.

Apartament dość wygodny, posiada niezbędne wyposażenie. Dużym atutem jest możliwość korzystania z basenu ( zawsze były wolne leżaki i naprawdę czysto). Mieszkanie małe ale przytulne. Bardzo dobrze zorganizowany gospodarz, wszystko odbywa się perfekcyjnie.

Apartament zlokalizowany w bardzo głośnej okolicy, dodatkowo sąsiednie mieszkania są również wynajmowane. Apartament jest słabo wyciszony co sprawia, że imprezy sąsiedzkie są bardzo dokuczliwe. Krzyki, stuki, bieganie, hałas czasami trwał od wieczora do rana.
