Su ubicación es perfecta, el apartamento cuenta con todo lo necesario. Está muy limpio y bien cuidado. Tambien he valorado mucho la buena comunicación y la disponibilidad del anfitrión.

La zona es bastante ruidosa, es zona de copas. Nada que no arreglen unos tapones

I received a message in advance from the host with instruction how to access the property and code. The location was good with a wonderful ocean view and being on the 13th floor, it gave a nice uninterrupted view

NO AIR CONDITIONING. In a warm climate like Tenerife, a couple of portable fans is not sufficient for a comfortable stay when temperatures reach 30 degrees Celsius plus regularly and the nights are not that cool. I messaged the host to ask about the air conditioning but did not receive a response that there wasn't any until I sent a second message 12 hours later. There was a heat wave while I was there with temperatures reaching 45 with humidity during the day and cooling to 30 at night with no breeze. It was not a pleasant experience to endure the same temperature inside and outside with such extreme heat. The floors were not clean throughout and while the location was good, the drawback is the loud music from Veronica's until 4:00am nightly. If there was temperature control inside and all of the doors didn't need to stay open all night, perhaps it would not have been as noisy but we couldn't experience that. Walking just outside the apartment building and being offered drugs and sex was also concerning. Not a safe environment at night if alone.
