Great place, 100% recommendation

The host was amazing, I had to bother him with some questions and he was more than helping and supportive. he have provided all the needed information for the apartment - location/ keys/ heating/ etc. He even checked which restaurants will be open and provided contact for the boat trip. The apartment is very big and warm and really cozy. The rooms were beautiful. There is a great view to the Belasica mountain. The beds and the pillows were very comfortable. We felt at home!

Big and lovely flat with beautiful view. The host was very friendly and helpful. We liked the flat and its location. We had everything we needed and even more. Perfect place to chill and have some rest.

Short overnight stop

Everything was exceptionally clean. The check in process was easy and well documented. One of the best host I've ecountered, offered a lot of detailed information and was always available. While the town is small there are great places to eat in the area, the host will tell you more about it. Our stay was short, 1 night, but we had a great rest, the beds were very comfortable, the area was quiet and we ate some great food. The house is well equiped for long stays as well. Street parking is free and always available. The area feels very safe.

Nice place for a transit night on your way to the beach.

Perfect apartment for a transit night to southern Greece. Located in a small village surrounded by mountains, you can have an honest meal at the village tavern. Easy check in/out with code box and Panos was very nice and helpful even at distance.

In the morning there was a gas smell in the apartment, we thought it was the AC but was coming from the building.

A top-notch accommodation choice in lake Kerkini

The property is in a very quiet area in the tiny village of Livadia. The apartment is very spacious and luminous with all the amenities one could expect. The decoration is lovely and the overall atmosphere very cosy. The cleanliness is really exemplary. In front of the building there is ample, free parking space. On top of all these, it is the host and his family, who are kind, helpful and caring and try to make guests feel at home. Overall, an ideal hub for those who want to explore the charming lake Kerkini and its surroundings, provided that they have a car or other means of transportation. The whole region generally lacks touristic infrastructure but this is good for nature lovers!

Cannot recommend it enough!

Everything was amazing! The apartment is exactly like the photos, clean, tidy and nicely decorated. There are also not enough words to describe the hosts. We were welcomed with a plate of hot, homemade cheese pies and we got a lot of info and suggestions for the area. I would definitely suggest it for any time of the year!

Everything was perfect! You can easily say that you are in your own home, you have in the apartment everything you would need. The host, Panagiotis, helped us with a lot of information and provided us with a lot of valuable information. The apartament is beautifully decorated, it is very clean and quiet. The village is also very quiet where you get the chance to eat with the locals. We will return here for sure.

Excellent value for money, very peaceful, wonderful host.

The property is 100 m² apartment with three bedrooms big kitchen and dining room and living room it also has a very spacious bathroom. Around the entire apartment is a very nice terrace with tables and chairs, non-standard amenities include Nespresso machine with accompanying coffee capsules, fully furnished kitchen, numerous boardgames available, free access to Netflix and YouTube on the TV in the living room, vacuum cleaner, iron, etc

As with any other property in this region of Greece the distance is between different tourist attractions are in the range of 5 to 35 km. Again, this is not per say the problem with the property itself but rather with the region.

The apartment is on the 1st floor with a gorgeous view towards the mountains. Very clean, nice kitchen, nice details in all rooms (design, magazines, sudoku booklet, books, games) and easy to reach and very helpful landlord+family.
