Felt safe and a traditional Indian experience at a incredible quality palace like house.

Traditional style of the building and room. Beautiful marble floors and stain glass windows. Room size and high ceiling good. Traditional sink etc lovely. Breakfast table traditional with attentive service. Easy transfer available to city centre and sight seeing. Hotel staff very friendly and helpful.

The hotel staff was very courteous, polite and showed great warmth. They were very helpful and arranged for all our needs. We were treated as the real king and queen of the haveli. The ambience is too good. The owner is a very gentle and helpful person and has his own family residence within the same campus, just adjacent to the main hotel building. One can feel very homely because of that. Our flight was early in the morning on the day of check out and while checking out at 3:30 AM we had the owner himself and the staff ready before ourselves to provide assistance and to ensure that we got our ride. Even for a city tour we were provided with a very good vehicle and a great driver. Overall the hotel is highly recommended. 10/10

Beautiful and worthwhile

The host and his staff are second to none. It is a beautiful property with fantastic charm about it. We really liked the courtyard and the restaurant area, the food was great and the eagerness to show off the best of the city.

This is a great choice if you look carefully at the details. It is not a big chain hotel and not to be expected on arrival.

It is definitely our most memorable vacation in India.

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. We felt very much at home. Every morning we really enjoyed our breakfast. They were always willing to accommodate our requests. They were very warm to people staying at the hotel. The owner was very friendly and very helpful in making arrangements whenever needed. The owner also arranged for our transport around the city and for sightseeing. The room we stayed in was very spacious and was well maintained. On the whole we had a memorable stay at the hotel. I would definitely recommend this place for one to experience true Indian hospitality. If we ever travel to Jaipur, we would definitely stay at Raj Rajeshwari Haveli.

Nice clean room .and Mr.dilip Singh ji gave me a choice of room as it was not fully occupied so got the room which i liked

It's but far from the centre .every time you have to spend 300 INR to go to centre..otherwise I'm happy with the cleanliness and courteous staff .Mr Dilip Singh and rajaram ji ,very polite people .they don't have a professional approach .they allowed late check out.too. If you are ready to spend extra for commute.i highly recommended this place

Highly recommended.

Dilip was so welcoming and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. We went out exploring during the day and ate here in the evening. Both the breakfast and dinner were absolutely delicious. Nice cold beers were available too. Our train was delayed so we took a walk around the nursery nearby which has around 300 peacocks among other wildlife fantastic to see. The Chai here is the best flavoured with ginger. Highly recommended.

It is not a heritage hotel. It’s in middle of housing colony and a new construction. Over priced. WiFi was dead slow and TV didn’t work. They are understaffed and don’t accept payments other than UPI. For the same price you can afford Trident or Holiday Inn in heart of the city.

simple and homely

It was wonderful to be welcomed by the very friendly and personable staff after a frenetic day in dusty dirty Jaipur. The bedroom was quite simple, but it was clean and quiet. The public area downstairs was pleasant and full of interesting memorabilia. Breakfast was tasty too. We felt very well-rested at the end of our stay.

Best hosts ever

I had a great time here. The family that runs it was so helpful to me throughout. They gave me advice on what to do in Jaipur and helped me with getting to my next destination (Agra). They waited with me and helped speak to the Uber drivers who were taking me to Agra. Breakfast was delicious too. I highly recommend staying here.

Disappointing stay, but friendly staff

The staff is extremely friendly and the food is simple but good, with fresh omelettes on request for breakfast. The building is beautiful and rooms are large enough and nicely decorated. The driver arranged by the owner for us was good and very friendly.

I'm not sure this is the case for all rooms, but ours (looking out on the courtyard) was extremely noisy, to the point I even had trouble sleeping with earplugs. Because there is only a thin window separating the room from the street, we were disturbed by barking dogs and honking trains. We did not expect this, since the location is far from the centre and not very practical for sightseeing. The room was not very clean: hairs on the sheets, stains on the towels, spots in the bathroom that were not cleaned. The WiFi was not very reliable and using YouTube or Netflix on the TV was impossible. Dinner was good, but too expensive. We were even charged for some water that we had to ask for as this was not refilled in the room during our stay (since the room was also not cleaned during our stay). This is maybe a small point, but reflects the below average value for money you get.

A truly heritage stay and very exceptional hosts.

Exceptional place. The rooms were very clean and the haveli was truly royal. The hosts treated us like their family. They helped a lot in terms of recommendations in places and searching for drivers. I would highly recommend this place. I will surely visit Jaipur just to visit this palce and the family.
