This was our second stay in 2025 at the RHH and my partner's favourite hotel in India. It feels homely but with the professionalism and many of the amenities you would receive in a corporate hotel.
The staff are a huge bonus of this hotel, from the security at the gate, to the the spa to the restaurant, they are invaluable and a credit to their employer. It would be nice to see female staff in positions other than reception, like in the restaurant to give fair and equal opportunities. We really enjoyed when the staff engaged with us during meal times to tell us about the city, India and their experiences - this should be encouraged.
It was not acknowledged that we had stayed before despite this being noted at the time of booking. A welcome back or some kind of loyalty scheme would be appreciated.

Fantastic staff who couldn’t be more helpful. Large suite was very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and room service for dinner was incredibly efficient with excellent food
Massages were not at level we would have expected

Royal Heritage Haveli offered old school charm in abundance. A peaceful oasis away from the city centre which was a welcome relief after a busy day in Jaipur. The food was absolutely delicious, so much so that we didn’t eat anywhere else. The staff were so lovely, charming and kind. Nothing was too much trouble. The swimming pool and gardens were beautiful and very well looked after. We stayed in a premium suite which was lovely and very spacious. By the end of our 5 night stay it felt like a home away from home. I will definitely be returning when I’m next in Jaipur.

The garden and pool area in the original part of the property was pleasant.
Room (when given the correct one) had some nice historic decor.
Only ate one night at the hotel but the food was good.
The staff were very eager to please and well meaning.
- Not being local, I didn’t realise how far the property actually was from the main sights of Jaipur which meant a lot of time spent sitting in traffic.
- Ended up checking in later than expected (approx 7:30pm) and experience was underwhelming. The Reception area doesn’t set the stay up for any kind of wow factor, and looks like the kind of temporary structure you have on a build site. I could see that (similar to other hotels) they had a welcome ceremony for new guests (with sandalwood and a wooden necklace) but I wasn’t given this welcome when I arrived.
- Overall whilst the old part of the property had some charm, the hotel decor/aesthetics were quite tired and the extension to the property does not seem to have been done sympathetically. It totally lacked any “wow” factor that I was expecting and had in similar stays.
- I booked a Heritage Premium Suite, because I was happy to pay more for some authentic decor shown in the website photos, however the first room I was shown to was in a new build part of the property with a cheap plastic door and windows (room 122). It was like walking into a big white square clinical space, with some furniture arranged around the edges and had absolutely no character. I re-read the hotel website description of the room I booked which stated “luxuriously appointed suites feature private terraces or direct access to the pool gardens… vintage doors and serene views” none of which were applicable to my room. When I went to reception to challenge I was initially told that it was the right room, but continued to push back on the description differences and was finally moved to another room in the main part of the original property that aligned more with the website description and my expectation (room 101.) Meant an unnecessarily stressful start to the stay and given that the hotel was almost empty, unclear why they didn’t just give me the right room when I first checked in.

A real oasis in the city with beautiful established gardens, friendly and helpful staff, relaxing pool, plenty of choice for food and a lovely terrace for breakfast. They were excellent at accommodating dietary requirements. Loved staying here, our favourite hotel from the trip, will definitely stay again when we are back in Jaipur.

This was like a little tranquil haven in Jaipur. It was our favourite hotel in India by far. Gorgeous and enormous rooms, beautiful garden area, fantastic pool and great spa. The food was excellent and the staff were exceptional. Absolutely loved our experience. We wished we could have stayed longer!

Traditional style hotel
We booked a suite. On arrival we were given a room that clearly wasn’t finished. I enquired as to why we weren’t given a suite as described in the confirmation and the receptionist said we were. I asked again the next day but advised we were. On departure I asked again as was told an elderly couple couldn’t take a first floor room so they took our suite! I asked why this was not advised before nor an allowance made to our prepayment. The receptionist couldn’t answer nor volunteered a refund.
The bedroom had a few bits of furniture. No bins, no bathrobes, horrible corridor chairs which weee the same as ones outside next room and looked like they can from the Novotel not a heritage hotel.
The place is a con.

This hotel which was a former hunting lodge is unique as it is a heritage building and has a beautiful and peaceful surrounding. As such the rooms are not your typical 5 star hotel types with all the mod cons. It has been furnished in keeping with its heritage background. Our room was large and had everything we needed. The bed was firm and we slept very well.
The breakfast at the restaurant was very good with various a la carte options. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
We recommend the hotel for a unique experience.
There was a smell from the bathroom drainage, hence it is better to leave the exhaust vent running all the time and the hot water for the shower took over 10 minutes to come on but as it is a heritage property these issues are understandable.

Beautiful property, mostly great customer service, ( sorry, had to drop the rating because of one unpleasant waiter) our room, (the double room) was amazing. The gardens are stunning!! Really worth a visit and stay
We found one of the waiters to be a little unfriendly and the triple room we had for our boys was really just at a standard level. It needed updating. The gymnasium was lacking in equipment and really not usable.

This was a very beautiful property. The moment we arrived it felt like we were transported to another world. The service we received was excellent and the food we had was delicious. The highlight of our stay was our beautiful room, which was full of character and space.
The shower was not powerful and was cold .

LOVED the room and staff and the Kerala Ayurvedic Spa. I recommend putting that it is a Kerala Ayurvedic Spa in the name of the spa as it makes a difference to know that it's not just a regular spa. I would not have used it had I not learned that. We had a few treatments and they they were fantastic. The Royal Heritage Haveli is an oasis in the bustling city.
The chef was very accommodating and the food was very good, but would like more variety for vegans on the menu.

It's a really amazing and beautiful place in the heart of the busy city of Jaipur.
staff service and there desired to help was beyond expected.
Rooms are wonderfully decorated and huge.
The a la carte breakfast was delicious.
Highly recommended if you are visiting Jaipur.
The only thing is that the location is a little bit far from the old city and a Tok Tok or taxi is needed.

The decor was a bit dated and the room had a traditional incense that did not agree with me.

Delightful hotel with lovely facilities: attractive pool area for relaxing, nice spa where we had a lovely massage and best of all truly amazing food in the restaurant. The Chef was lovely, visiting our table at every meal and service was excellent. We had a beautiful signature suite with a bathtub. Very spacious and heated very well.
Everything was perfect. Hotel a bit far from center of Jaipur but it was a relief from the noise and chaos of the city.

Not a conventional hotel but a rather stately home, beautifully presented and surrounded by well established flowering trees and gardens. We particularly liked the room decor and the fire pits at the open-air dining. The quality of food was excellent.
Hot water took a bit longer than expected to come on and the exhaust fan was a bit noisy which probably made the stay more homely!

everything for acceptably good
