The owner is very polite but he needs some training about the hospitality industry.

I just like the location of the property.

I did not like the housekeeping. There was dust on the surfaces. the jet of the toilet did not work. The fan's regulator had no knob to control it. In the corners of the washroom, there was filth that needed to be rubbed. The attitude of one of the staff members was irritating as he laughed when I asked him to keep my beer bottle in the refrigerator. When I asked him what was there to laugh he said nothing, and kept smiling. The breakfast was very basic. They can charge more and provide better breakfast. Just one or two items are not enough. They must offer dinner, of course on extra charge, or should have some arrangement to organize dinner for the guests. After a hectic day, no one would like to hunt around to have a peaceful dinner. No body mids paying extra money if service is provided in a professional manner.

the place and the staff is amazing, very homely and helpful. the rooms are quite spacious and clean. the location is a bit on outskirts which is very peaceful. the owner is very friendly and helpful. it was a great stay

Fabulous again

We have now stayed at Rampura kothi three times , the breakfast is excellent the rooms are good with a nice outside space to sit and enjoy a drink at the end of the day . shakti the owner is brilliant he sorted a SIM card for ours phone , nothings is to much trouble. If I could give this place a higher score I would. Hope to see you again in the future . DO NOT HESITATE BOOK THIS PLACE you will not be disappointed. Regards mick & Tracey from Devon England.
