    Best part of our stay was, room was very spacious and clean. For a comfirtable stay go for it, staffs were very kind and supportive. Since this property is in Bani Park so every place is near by and if you like walking lot of small cafes are near by. Definately I will come back here in future.

    No 5 star hotels Zone by the park, The Ferns. Residency, Holiday Inn provided early check-in we arrived in 5.40 am in the morning at Railway Station. But Gems Suites provided the room to sleep and get fresh.

    Ruk ja Behenc**d - Wait you sisterf***er How would you feel when you knock the reception door and the front desk guy shouts this? Yep, the one who was supposed to handle the reception area was drunk and slept on the couch with no regard for customer service. The ground floor rooms are pathetic to say the least. We went with Google and Agoda reviews and booked the stay only to find that the room is nowhere similar to the images. Wonder how it gets a 8+ rating in Agoda and 4.9 in Google. There is a drivers washroom just below the room and you can literally hear the coughs and sneezes along with flushes and running drain water. The rooms were not cleaned on regular basis unless asked. When asked, they just dusted off the room and didn’t even care to place the water bottles, the tea and milk powder sachets, the towels and the toiletries. Rooms have loose plaster all over. The corded phone doesn’t work. The front desk guy is a mess. I waited to him at the reception to clear the bill and he promised to get back in a minute, only to find that he was chitchatting with a foreigner just besides me even after knowing I’m waiting just for him. Had to remind him twice to get water bottles and toiletries placed. Would I recommend? Definitely “NO”

    Stayed for 3 nights all things are very good staff behavior was nice cleanliness was good but it can be better if compared with price, washroom need to be better otherwise all things were good
