Decent hotel with working wifi. Clean rooms and bathroom. Ample parking.

The breakfast was extremely spicy even for Indian standards. Housekeeping failed to provide an extra blanket for 2 days. The price is expensive compared to the facilities.

Location. Ruth in the Pavillion was outstanding and so was Sanjay in housekeeping.

Linen service was very poor. Room cleaning completed after 3 pm. Fresh towels available only after 6 pm. Bed sheets not changed even during a 4 day stay.

Disappointed and less value for my money, Overprized.

I booked a room on weekend rush of 15-18 Aug 2025, In 8k per night they did not include breakfast. The rooms were small and the property had seepage in rooms, They changed my room on request but the other room also had lot of seepage and no fresh air. Booking dot com very cleverly hid the fact that this is a Zero return booking, So as a traveler I was stuck for 3 nights in the Hotel and booking dot com, Sarovar made money and the customer is robbed of its hard earned money.

Worst service. Lazy staff.

Worst service. We had to tell them 6-7 times to join beds since check in till night. Every staff member was slow and unresponsive. Food was overpriced. The room has a lot of noise from surrounding rooms and they kept saying they will change rooms but didn't do anything.

Property was good but need little bit improvements required in the food taste and quality

Value for money, only issue was that centralized AC was not upto the mark, I had requested to check the cooling, person came and informed it's working fine but later on in the mid night it was not working properly.

Quality of breakfast served was not upto the standards set by the other hotels of Sarovar Portico.

I recently stayed at Sarovar with my family, but unfortunately, our experience was quite disappointing. The room we were initially allotted was very dirty, and the bed sheets had clearly not been changed. After several requests and arguments, we were finally shifted to a different room. However, the issues did not end there. The air conditioning in the new room stopped working in the middle of the night. When we approached the reception to report the problem, we were shocked to learn that hotel staff had entered our room without our knowledge or consent to repair the AC. When we questioned this serious breach of privacy, the staff behaved rudely and unprofessionally. This entire experience was extremely upsetting and not at all what we expected from a reputed hotel like Sarovar. I hope you will take this feedback seriously and take necessary actions to ensure better service and guest privacy in the future.

There was no shaving kit, no laundary bag. Even after calling to reception 3 times shaving kit was not arranged and same for laundary bag. It was mentioed in room notice that breakfast is complimentory, when checked with reception - they said yes its complimentory but later on during checkout breakfast was charged.
