The Villa Eden is a contemporary villa of 280 m2, with a beautiful heated indoor pool (April to December) and a huge green garden of 5000 m2 just 15 minutes from Deauville and 3 km from the beach.

Located in the small town of Auberville, between sea and countryside, it is an ideal place to spend a quiet holiday while being close to the sea and major tourist cities of Normandy.

With 5 bedrooms and a capacity of 10 adults (plus 2 children), the Villa Eden is suitable for family stays.

A great place, plenty of room for 10 of us. The indoor pool was a major hit with the children. The garden is huge, so plenty of places to play. Ideally situated between Viller sur Mer and Houlgate.

Villa Eden was far better than we had expected both in quality and in location. It's situated in quite a rural area but easy access to a small town which has the amazing fresh food markets and good restaurants. It's also close to a lovely sandy beach. The villa is very spacious and the swimming pool was very popular with all the family. The patio is a perfect sun trap and very private.

The property is architecturally stunning as you enter the drive you know this will be a special time. It has all the amenities in the house and the surrounding area to have a wonderful family stay. We had some difficulties in travel (thanks Eurotunnel) and Sylvie was very understanding and accommodating when we turned up 5 hours late! Amazing communication throughout our stay too. Really can't fault the property or location. I'm sure this will be a property high on our list for a revisit. We had age ranges from 9 years old to 78 years old and it suited all.

We really enjoyed our stay at the villa. It’s got everything you need for a family. We stayed with our toddler and baby daughter and they even had a baby bath for the baby. Our daughter loved the toys in the children’s bedroom and the tree house. The tv and sofa area were really comfy and the kitchen was wonderfully equipped. The towns of Houlgate and Villers-Sur-Mer are just a 5 minute drive away and are really lovely with sweeping beaches and a beautiful town centres. The villa couldn’t have been in a better location for us and there are so many places to visit within an hours drive away (Honfleur, Deauville…). The hosts were really friendly and helpful.

En plus d’une localisation idéale, la villa Eden est bien équipée et propose de nombreux loisirs (piscine intérieure, billard, ping-pong, babyfoot). La communication avec la propriétaire était parfaite. Bref nous avons passé un séjour de rêve. Je recommande cette location et espère avoir l’occasion d’y retourner prochainement.

Nous avons séjourné à quatre amies et 6 enfants entre 2 et 7 ans. La maison était parfaitement adaptée : spacieuse, agréable, très bien équipée, avec pleins de jeux pour les enfants de tous âges. La piscine était parfaite pour les après-midi pluvieux et a rendu ce séjour paradisiaques pour nos enfants. Le village de Villiers sur mer qui est à 5minutes en voiture est très agréable avec marché et tout ce dont nous avions besoin. Cabourg est à moins de 20minutes en voiture. Les enfants ont pu faire un stage d’équitation tous les matins ils étaient très contents. Les propriétaires de la maison sont adorables, très réactifs et très compréhensifs. Le temps n’a pas été au rdv mais cela ne nous a pas empêché de passer un excellent séjour à la villa éden et ses environs.

Bon séjour dans cette maison spacieuse et chaleureuse dans un coin de verdure et ambiance sereine. Cuisine, lingerie très bien équipées. Magnifique piscine chauffée. Jeux à disposition (billard, ping-pong..) en cas de mauvais temps. Si je devais donner un ou plusieurs points négatifs : il est dommage d avoir peu de rangements dans la Chambre parentale. Également dommage de ne pouvoir profiter de la cheminée moyennant un coût pour l achat de bûches sachant que d autres location offrent le bois de chauffe. Je soulignerai un très bon contact, une disponibilite et grande réactivité de la propriétaire des lieux.

Tout y est : les Jeux pour enfants, les lits cabanes, les jeux à l'extérieur la piscine le baby-foot etc. Sans parler de la piscine dans laquelle on s'est beaucoup amusé ! Les propriétaires et personnes qui nous accueillent sont serviables, ponctuels et nous ont très bien renseignés pour arranger notre séjour au mieux. La maison est extrêmement bien disposée et favorise des atmosphères très chaleureuses. On y est allé avec de la famille et des amis et on a passé un week-end formidable. Les avis étaient unanimes !
