On the first floor you will also find A laundry room (washing machine and dryer) and a toilet. The house also has a beautiful wooden terrace of over 150m², ideal for relaxing outdoors or for smokers. The tasteful decor, quality materials, and excellent insulation guarantee comfort and well-being all year round, with underfloor heating for optimal comfort. Located just 15 minutes from Deauville and Villers-sur-Mer, you can enjoy the beaches and activities of the region.
