About this cottage rental
This well-presented barn conversion is outside the town of Whitby near the North York Moors.
Raw Pastures is a well-furnished barn conversion situated just outside of Whitby in Yorkshire. The cottage is made up of a fitted kitchen and an open-plan sitting room with dining area and gaming room. To the outside of the cottage is off-road parking for two cars and a patio area to the front with furniture. Raw Pastures is a fantastic cottage in the perfect location to explore to town of Whitby and the beautiful Yorkshire countryside.
Due to the occupancy level of this property, Raw Pastures is accommodating up to 6 people until 15th April 2022. This is to accommodate smaller group bookings during the ongoing travel restrictions.
One bedroom will be closed-off to support this temporary change.
Note: Access is via the rear of the property.
Amenities: Air source heating. Ground floor underfloor heating, first floor radiators. Electric oven, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, WiFi. Gaming Room with TV and PS4 (games not supplied). Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair on request. Off road parking for two cars only. Patio area to front with furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 11 mins walk. Note: Due to neighbours guests are asked to go inside after 11pm or make minimal noise. Note: No hen, stag or similar. Note: Check In only available on Monday or Friday. Note: Access is via the rear of the property
Region: The North York Moors National Park covers 554 square miles, with landscape ranging from heather-clad moorland and deep secluded dales, to the cliffs and coves of the magnificent coastline making it a haven for walkers.
Town: The fishing port of Whitby lies at the mouth of the River Esk and is ideally situated for exploring this beautiful part of Yorkshire, with its superb coastline and close proximity to the North York Moors. Whitby is a charming town of winding streets and hidden alleys, with a picturesque harbour, sandy beaches and of course the Abbey, reached by the 199 steps.
