Really good experience

I had a really great stay! The amount of information given prior to arrival was so kind and helpful. The house came with plenty of towels and bedding and it was a lovely stay.

There is not a lot of negative to add. It is a long bus ride into town, so if you can't drive keep that in mind, but it is a single bus and you are given the routes prior to arrival. The house itself was lovely!

Matt was a great host, very attentive, great communication and full of recommendations. 10/10.

The property was extremely homely, the beds were very clean and comfortable. The property was spotless. All kitchen and bathroom appliances you could need for your stay. The location was great, very close to amenities and a short drive/journey away from the beautiful city of Belfast.

Spacious property in quiet area

It's a spacious property in a quiet residential area not too far from the city centre. Easy to find with plenty of shops, takeaways etc. nearby and very close to the zoo. It was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Beds were comfortable and the bedrooms had plenty of storage for clothes etc. The heating was on for our arrival so the place was nice and warm. It has a nice garden that's quite private, would be nice to sit out here in the summer. A great base for exploring NI by car as it's not long before you're on the motorway so it's easy to get to and from the airport and discovering other beautiful places along the coast up to the giants causeway.

The property would benefit from a little TLC, there's obvious signs of wear and tear with some things needing replacing or repairing like the light bulbs/switches not working, cracked and peeling plaster on the walls, broken toilet seat and towel holder. It's not a big deal but would just improve the standard of the property. It also would have been nice if the travel cot had been assembled for us because it was quite difficult to find and put together.

Comfortable stay

Comfy bed and sofa. Kitchen had everything we needed (frying pans could do with replacing soon). Good location to get the bus into Belfast and safe parking for 2 motorbikes. We had a comfortable and relaxing stay here. Matt easy to contact and helpful.

Spacious and comfortable house in a great location

This was a great place to stay, and the price was great for all that we got. The house was very spacious, with 3 bedrooms. We had all the facilities we required, including a full kitchen and a washing machine. There was also a nice back yard. The host was very helpful and accommodating. The location was great, in a residential neighbourhood a short walk to the Glengormley shopping area. We could also get buses into Belfast from there, using the excellent and frequent service.

There wasn't anything that we disliked.

Best Local Property and Host

Everything. Peaceful get away. Quiet, modern getaway, spotlessly clean and spacious. Warm friendly host with great communication and easy check in. Property is very easy to find and close to great community of shops, tourist attractions, transport links and entertainment. I'm a repeat customer for good reason. Cannot fault it.

Having to leave made me sad. It really helped me decompress and relax.

There’s nothing more I can say I loved it

We liked the whole bungalow and Iff I could I would have taken it home with me,I loved it,just the right size for me.When we arrived we put the heating on and it soon warmed up.The only thing I would suggest depending on what age group usually book it is maybe a handrail and slip mat for the bath,but otherwise couldn’t fault it,I would certainly book it again Iff we were in the area.Thank you

Nice convenient bungalow well equipped.

The property was well stocked with items you might need whilst traveling away from home. The lounge had a couple of large sofa's and a big coffee table. Three bedrooms two doubles and a single, and it was a good location for us being only 5 mins from other family members.

Whilst everything you needed was provided in some form or another, I felt that the owner should replace chipped, dirty crockery, a replacement set of plates doesn't cost much but it also helps create less criticism, we've all seen the ”four in a bed - super critical experts" determined to find that spec of dust behind a wardrobe or the fresh cobweb on a light fitting.

Nice property, no complaints!

Glenwell House was a great base for our stay while visiting family. The property was spacious, clean and well equipped. The host, Matt, answered all queries very quickly and house instructions were clear and covered all you need to know. There were a few basic supplies in the bungalow, perhaps left by previous guests, nice to have tea/coffee etc supplied. I would stay again when visiting family in the area.

Everything was perfect. We travelled as a family, with a 1 year old and 4 year old. Cot was available in the property which was great. The place was spotless, off street parking, minutes away from the Zoo and W5. Location was perfect - plenty of take aways and shops. Would definitely return to this property and would definitely recommend for families.

Matt's house was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The rooms were spacious and bright and the decor was tasteful. The house had everything appliance and utensil we could have asked for. We even had a lovely garden with a patio for the summer evening sun. We were travelling around Antrim and found it an ideal base. It was close to Belfast and easy to travel around but was in a beautiful location with a lovely view in a quiet area. It was minutes from Belfast Zoo and we found great parks and shore walks nearby. Matt was a great host and responded immediately when I had queries. It was easy to access the house and we had off street parking. We thoroughly enjoyed out stay and would highly recommend this place !
