This comfortable home offers plenty of privacy, a full kitchen, and a shaded patio where you can put your feet up after a day spent on the beach. The expansive outdoor space offers ample seating, a private grill, and even an outdoor shower to cool you off from the Florida sunshine.

This home sits just north of Scenic Highway 30A, only half a mile from the nearest beach access point. You can walk down to the incredible white sand each morning to play volleyball, sunbathe, or spend the day shore fishing. You'll also be three miles west of Grayton Beach State Park, a beautiful setting for hiking, picnicking, fishing, and wildlife viewing, and three miles east of Gulf Place Town Center, which is home to such area favorites as Pizza By The Sea and YOLO Board + Bike.

We enjoyed our three nights at the Sunshine Cottage. It is in a great location close to the beach, shops, and restaurants. The outdoor shower was very useful. The cottage is old and has dated furnishings, uneven countertops, and poor WiFi—but we didn’t much time in it so didn’t mind.

We stayed in Sunshine’s Cottage for 5 nights and loved every minute. The owners live in a separate home at the front of the property and are such lovely people. The little cottage and surrounding grounds are very private and impeccably maintained. The outdoor covered patio and shower are such a nice addition. The walk to the closest beach is about 8 minutes. We can’t wait to go back!
