Our family of 5 came to spend spring break at this house in Florida and had a wonderful time. Most importantly it was clean. The apartment is small but it fit us all comfortably for sleeping, and didn’t matter so much since we spent most of our time out and about. We loved the location. The beach was within walking distance, and so were many shops, restaurants, and icecream stands. The owner was responsive to any questions we had. Overall it had everything we needed for a beach vacation.

This condo was perfect for our weekend getaway to 30A! It was clean, comfortable, and well-stocked for our stay. While we usually stay on the east side of 30A in Watercolor/Seaside, we loved the vibe of the west side, allowing us to enjoy the best of both areas. The short walk to the beach & close proximity to the community pool was a definite bonus. We would absolutely stay here again!

This condo was perfect for us and our 2 dogs and we loved the fact that this condo is on the ground floor. We really liked how close it is to restaurants, shopping and that it is a very short walk to the beach. We also enjoyed the pool across from the condo. I highly recommend staying here and we will definitely be back.

This condo was perfect for our little family! Easily accommodating for 2 kids and 2 dogs! Only a 10 minute walk from the door to the sand! It was VERY clean, cozy, and super cute! We enjoyed every minute, hope to stay again!
