Maravilla 3203 is a non-smoking condo that will make you feel right at home! With it's custom cabinets, hardwood floors, and comfortable furniture you are sure to enjoy your stay the moment you set foot inside. High definition LCD TV's occupy the living room and master bedroom. The balcony is a great place to start the morning out! There is nothing more relaxing than enjoying the ocean view while you drink your morning coffee! This beautiful condo also now comes with two chairs and one umbrella to make your stay even better!

The queen master bedroom has a wall mounted, flat screen TV and an attached bathroom. The guest bedroom offers two queen size beds with with an attached private bathroom.

We enjoyed being right across the street from the beach. I love that it is pet friendly. There were plenty of dishes and towels. If you stay a long time with a group of people, you may have to purchase more toilet paper. Would stay again next year if my dates were available. Very comfortable furniture as well as cards and board games. 10/10

Overall, it was just OK, definitely needs upgrading. The bathrooms were not cleaned well at all, there were stains on the quilts in master bedroom and almost uncomfortable to touch anything based on their rules and regulations prior to coming in and having to do the laundry we should get paid for housekeeping. The first time I’ve ever stayed anywhere and had to clean up directly after myself definitely a dealbreaker. The hand soaps were old used plastic dispensers at least get nice decorative ones not something that hundreds of people have used. Overall property was nice and close to the beach.
