Our thoughtfully updated 1-bedroom condo with built-in hallway bunks is perfect for couples, families, and snowbirds looking for comfort, convenience, and resort-style amenities — all in a quiet, well-maintained beachfront community.
Dogs welcome! We're excited to host you and your furry friend! One small dog (45 lbs max) welcome with $150 pet fee. Maravilla is a dog-friendly property and has designated pet walking areas. Please select the pet option when booking so your dog will be approved.

Guests enjoy private access to the entire condo with easy keyless entry. Your stay includes full access to Maravilla Resort amenities, including a private, deeded beach with seasonal beach chair service (two chairs and one umbrella, mid-March–October), two pools (one heated seasonally), a large hot tub, tennis, pickleball, fitness center, charcoal grills, picnic areas, outdoor showers, elevator access, gated entry, and free unassigned parking.
PETS
Maravilla is a pet-friendly community with designated dog walking areas on the property. Please be sure to select the pet option when booking so your dog is approved.
Please note: Walton County regulations do not permit dogs on the beach for vacation rental guests. Only full-time residents with a county-issued permit are allowed to have dogs on the beach.
OTHER INFORMATION
✔ Must be 25 to rent per HOA regulations
✔ You will be sent a short rental agreement for your stay, and an ID is required
✔ Occupancy: No more than 6 guests (maximum 4 adults with 2 kids) are allowed to occupy the condo.
✔ Starter Supplies: We provide just a basic set of essentials to get you started.
✔ The condo is not baby-proofed. Adult supervision is required, cleaning supplies are present.

I really can’t say enough wonderful things about our stay! The location is unbeatable, and we took full advantage of the property’s well-equipped fitness center, tennis/pickleball courts, pools, and grilling/picnic table area where we cooked out and enjoyed dinner with friends upon our arrival. The stations for rinsing off sand were especially convenient. The condo was very clean and stocked with every basic essential, from kitchenwares to linen. My husband and I appreciated the attention to tiny details, such as the many hooks located throughout the unit. Guest Mode was enabled on both Rokus so that our streaming logins were automatically cleared when we checked out. We also had DirectTV access for local programming. Another noticeable detail was the size and cleanliness of the Keurig. As someone who does not drink coffee, I was thrilled that there was no residual coffee taste so I didn’t have to heat water for my tea in the microwave as I typically do in vacation rentals. We were so grateful for the effort put into compiling restaurant and activity recommendations. We gave Pascalli’s Kitchen a try and it was so good, we ordered takeout from their breakfast menu twice! Most importantly, the host, Brent, was extremely responsive and helpful before and throughout our trip. When a firmware update rendered the condo’s keypad inoperable, he immediately got us into the unit and sent a technician to repair it. 10/10, highly recommend, can’t wait to stay here again!

Brent was great to work with and quick to respond to any questions we might have had. We enjoyed our stay and loved having close beach access along with 2 chairs and umbrella. We love this area and will be back.

Our family had a great time! The location to the beach, pools and restaurants was exactly what we were looking for. The condo was clean and the communication for the check in/out process was clear and easy. We had zero complaints and plan to visit again!
