Destin Dream is a bright two-story beach house in Miramar Beach, a short walk from the white sand and emerald water of the Gulf. It sleeps up to 15, and the layout is what makes it work for a big group: each floor has its own private entrance, full kitchen, and living room. Grandparents can have a quieter floor, two families can each keep their own routine, and everyone still meets up for dinner. Both living areas are bright and open, with plush sectionals, big windows, and clean coastal finishes. Downstairs, a large flat-screen TV makes for easy movie nights after the beach. Upstairs, the lounge has a Polycade arcade console loaded with classic games, which tends to start a friendly rivalry by the second night. The two kitchens are set up for real cooking, each with stainless steel appliances and plenty of counter space. The downstairs bar seats seven for breakfast and afternoon snacks, and there's a dining table on each floor, with the bigger one upstairs for nights when the whole group sits down together. Upstairs, the primary bedroom has a king bed, its own bathroom, and a private balcony. One queen bedroom has its own bathroom, and a second queen bedroom sits just down the hall. Downstairs, there's another king bedroom and a bunk room with a full-over-full bunk plus a twin, perfect for kids. A queen sleeper sofa in the downstairs living area handles any extra guests, and with four full bathrooms across the two floors, mornings move quickly. Outdoor space is part of every part of the day. The front porch is made for slow coffee in the morning, the second-floor balcony catches the Gulf breeze in the afternoon, and the grill out back is ready for an easy dinner as the sun goes down. You also have access to the community pool, just steps from the house, for a freshwater swim on days when you'd rather skip the sand. For getting to and from the beach, a six-seat golf cart can be added to your stay. The neighborhood is easy to get around on foot, which is less common than you'd think along this stretch of coast. The beach, a coffee shop, and a casual seafood spot on the sand are all within walking distance. Silver Sands Premium Outlets is less than two miles away, and Destin Commons and the shops and restaurants at Grand Boulevard are each about 10 minutes by car. Henderson Beach State Park is about 10 minutes west, and HarborWalk Village on Destin Harbor is roughly 20 minutes away for boat tours, fresh seafood, and harbor views. Parking Details - The driveway can accommodate 3 small cars. - Guests have access to the garage. - Please note that RVs and trailers are not permitted. - Each property has a fixed amount of parking space on its rental property lot. No vehicles shall be parked outside the lot boundaries. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation. Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees. IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 28 days require a security deposit. We report and prosecute all Credit Card Fraud.
