Beachside Villa South of 30A - 1 Minute Walk to Seagrove Beach

Pet friendly property just steps from the beach! We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend.

This area is fantastic. We rented bikes and enjoyed a week at the beach.

We had an awesome stay at this property. My wife and I traveled with our four kids. The property was just as described and was very close to the beach. We would definitely book here again.

It was nice to be in an area that is near restaurants, coffee shops, and small shops. It was not too far from a Publix! The condo itself was on a nicely maintained property with friendly staff. It’s nice that it is dog friendly. The beds and couch in the condo could use updating, they’re not too comfy to sleep on. Unfortunately we were informed by locals and other guests that the boardwalk that is easily accessible from the condo that takes you to the beach now leads to private beach in which there is a hired guard who will call the cops on you. The beach that is not private is a walk down the street and a far distance to the actual water which makes it difficult for someone with any type of physical restriction such as sore joints, cardiac issues, etc. We always opted to go the public beach that is not a short walk and would require transportation. Luckily, the condo complex provides a golf cart shuttle during the day during certain times of the year. Charlotte was our favorite part of the stay!
