Bursting with coastal charm, this darling cottage is the perfect home base for your beach getaway. It’s about a mile to the sand, and along the way you’ll pass several restaurants and an ice cream shop, so take your time in getting there. Hwy. 30A, with its many shops, restaurants, cafés, bars, and boutiques is less than one-half mile away.
At home, start each day with coffee and end it with a cocktail in the comfortably furnished, fully screened sunroom or on the petite front porch. Inside, you’ll find a stylishly designed space, with shiplap-covered walls, neutral coastal decor, a wide-open layout, and abundant natural light. The well-equipped kitchen features a full suite of stainless steel appliances and plenty of countertop workspace, and the adjacent dining table has room for everyone at mealtime.
After a day on the beach, cool off in the central AC while the washer/dryer handles any laundry. Watch a bit of TV or use the free WiFi to scroll social media or, even better, unplug entirely with a cookout on the gas grill and an evening outside. When bedtime calls, three serene sanctuaries await. It’s time for the idyllic beach getaway you’ve been dreaming of - all that’s left to do is book.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

This rental was exactly what we expected and was perfect for our family of five. It was clean and stocked with a starter pack of household items including a dish sponge, travel size dish washing liquid, 3 dishwasher pods and 3 laundry pods. It worked out perfectly for our two night stay. We would have loved for bikes to be included with the rental so we could explore the area as locals do. We had zero gripes and would definitely consider this home again when visiting the area.

Honest review…this house was a Monet. We love this area and we love this neighborhood. We’ve stayed at The Village 6 or 7x. This was our first time at this house and unfortunately our last. The management company was amazing…communicative and responsive however the house needs some TLC. The mattresses are in DIRE need of replacement and the kitchen is woefully inadequate for a house of this size and price range. The floors have chunks of wood missing…the rugs are completely rolled around the edges…some of the blinds don’t have the rods to give you the ability to open and close them…etc. We did love the shampoo/conditioner and body wash in the bathrooms, the screened porch and the AC was stellar. Some things for the owner to tighten up and the house will be great.
