Great location in Blue Mt beach! Outside patio and full kitchen. Beds were very comfy. Walking distance to restaurants and the beach!

This home is in an excellent location for food, coffee, ice cream, shopping, beach, state park, and anything else you can think of. Loved the community and I felt safe and like I would want to live there. Pool was easily accessible right across the street. The easy access was great for my daughter who had broken her leg. No steps. The beds were nice and comfy. The dining table was great for family dinners and also the porch. The kitchen was well equipped with anything you would need to cook a meal. Grill was right next to place and we used it one night. Parking was easy. I had the most relaxing vacation ever in Blue Mtn Beach and Thanks to the company when you call they immediately respond. Definitely will rent again.

This is in the middle of everything but had its privacy. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

Overall the unit is good value for the money. All the things are there for a place away from home. There were no items for going to the beach (chairs, umbrellas or beach towels). We spent a month but could never get quite comfortable. The primary bed required a step stool to get into. The living room couch/hide abed sturdy but good for only short use. The TV/Internet were frequently unavailable. Primary shower stall door quite moldy, good home for ants. Southern Management was very responsive.
