Redfish Village Blue Mountain Beach private beach access - 5 min walk

Great property in a great location. Our host was great, very attentive. We would highly recommend this property.

What was great about our month stay at Redfsh Village? The resort is lovely and well maintained. The pool is large. Nice playground. Lawn area for lawn games. 3 grills that are cleaned and maintained regularly. Plenty of outdoor seating. Our condo was large and bright. 2 nice size bedrooms w/comfortable beds plus 2 built in bunks. Nice size balcony. 2.5 bathrooms. In unit washer and dryer. A closet with wagon/4beach chairs/2 umbrellas, awesome when going to the beach ( 2 block walk from resort). And a dedicated spot in the secure parking garage. Issues. While counters, bathrooms, floors were clean, many things did not meet expectations. The bedroom blankets were all soiled. One so badly I could not wash clean. The owner replaced. Many items in kitchen (utensils, etc.) were not clean. Kitchen drawers were dirty with past guests food crumbs and debris. The kitchen rug by the sink was so dirty, we wouldn’t stand on it. Owner replaced. Both bedroom carpets and living room area rug are stained and dirty and need to be cleaned. I did bring this up to owner. We put sofa throw pillows in closet because so stained and soiled. should be cleaned or replaced. Kitchen not prepared for long term stay. No pizza pan, cookie sheet, can opener. Owner ordered. 1 sauce pan. 1 oven mitt. I spent first day cleaning and washing. No guest should have to clean anything when arriving especially given the cost of renting. Last, finicky entry keypad needs to be replaced!

Great communication with host. The unit was well-appointed and clean. It was surprisingly quiet, you would never have known that the pool or 30A was nearby.

The condo was perfect for our family. Location is great. It’s close to Seaside, Grayton, and Sandestin. It was bright and well decorated. Loved having coffee on the large deck in the mornings. Owner is very responsive and organized. Really appreciated her communication.
