We stayed twice the same trip and my reviews are just the same,WONDERFUL! Wonderful location near the Ottaviano Metro, shops and Cafe’s. We loved every morning before starting the day,go to Ruberto Cafe (just at the corner). The room is comfortable, all we needed was there. Our host , Daniele, changed our room to a better one cause AC repairs and was so helpful and friendly, only good words me and Adi have for you so thanks a lot.

The location of the property is great! The host is responsive and tries to be helpful.
There was a very bad smell in our room (room #1) and we told the host about it when checking in. Although they said the issue will be resolved, nothing was done. We asked again on the next day, proved that there indeed is an unpleasant smell (for some reason there weren’t able to smell it 🙂) - but the issue was not resolved, and we weren’t even given some sort of compensation.
