The room was GREAT and the location perfect. There are about 6 or 7 ensuite rooms sharing one front door from the landing. The street door and the landing door both have a code for entry. The room itself has a unique key. It was very clean, dark when the lights were off, the AC worked well. It was quiet at night. Even quite quiet during the day. Once we had attention of the property management team, the communication was great.
All communication with the property management team is via WhatsApp. That's ok, but they are sometimes very slow to reply. We changed our arrival time and it was tricky to get hold of them to make sure this was confirmed. And in the end the person who met us at the building didn't know we were arriving at 2 PM, they still expected us at 10 PM. I would say to make sure you arrive between 4 and 7 PM when there are staff on the premises, they need to ID check before you can have the room.
Once we had the attention of the managers on WhatsApp, the communication was smooth, and they were helpful

No armchair in the room. No electric kettle in the room. No microwave. Cold floors
