Impero Vaticano Suites Guest House

It was very clean, the host was very kind and the location was perfect. 7 mins on foot to Vatican Museum.

Perfect location – 4 minutes walk to Ottaviano Metro and 10 minutes to St Peter’s Basilica. Many restaurants and shops nearby. The host replied to any message very quickly. Easy check-in and out. We could store our luggage before check-in and after check-out. We booked the Presidential Suite. Gorgeous suite, very spacious and luxurious. Fridge and 2 bottles and water provided. Air conditioning. Big bathroom with the option to turn on ambient, color-changing lights for relaxation, toiletries and hairdryer provided. Very clean and very quiet. I totally recommend it.

Everything was great.

The location was great! We also loved the cleanliness and friendliness of the staff.

Wish there was another light in the bathroom.

Very strategic location right next to the Vatican City, but a bit of travelling required if you're visiting ancient Rome and other popular sites on the other side of the river. Room was very clean, and cleaned daily. Owner was also quite responsive via WhatsApp.

A bit more amenities provided would be good. Things that you would expect when staying at a guest house like water bottle, kettle, cups, essential toiletries were all not provided. The place is located on the 3rd floor and there is a very narrow and tight lift so bear this in mind if you're travelling with large luggages. It was also hard to communicate with the owner who spoke limited English. A lot of back and forth in regards to some questions I had. Very thin wall, or we had noisy neighbour. But only 4 rooms in total so it's a matter of luck I suppose.
