Perfect! Ideal place for anywhere

Great location for visits to the Vatican. Rooms were clean. The beds were comfortable. Due to availability at the time of booking, we chose the Executive Suite for an elderly friend because she had never been to Rome and it was advertised as a "City View." My wife and I chose the Economy Double Room, which is listed as being able to accommodate two people and having a "Garden View." The Economy Double was sooooo small that my wife and I could not pass each other in the room without one stepping aside. The bed was pressed against a wall, so exiting the bed could only be done on one side or scooting to the end of the bed. There was no place to sit and relax other than on the bed. The windows were so small, it was difficult to look out and the "garden" view was disappointing, as was the "city" view. The room does not come with breakfast and it was not told to us that we could make use of a coffee maker that was in what we thought was a utility room. There is no staff on premises. Elevators in Europe are generally smaller than Americans are used to, but the elevator in this place was so tiny we couldn't fit people and luggage in at the same time. Overall: great location for the Vatican, clean and relatively good value. But would not book it again.

Economy Double Room was tiny and too small for two people although it was advertised as a two person room. No place to lounge or relax in the Economy Double Room other than on the bed.

Very strategic location right next to the Vatican City, but a bit of travelling required if you're visiting ancient Rome and other popular sites on the other side of the river. Room was very clean, and cleaned daily. Owner was also quite responsive via WhatsApp.

A bit more amenities provided would be good. Things that you would expect when staying at a guest house like water bottle, kettle, cups, essential toiletries were all not provided. The place is located on the 3rd floor and there is a very narrow and tight lift so bear this in mind if you're travelling with large luggages. It was also hard to communicate with the owner who spoke limited English. A lot of back and forth in regards to some questions I had. Very thin wall, or we had noisy neighbour. But only 4 rooms in total so it's a matter of luck I suppose.
