Quiet yet close to sights and great eats

Great location , 2 minutes to Ottavianio metro station, 5 minutes to St.Peters basilica. Lots of places around to have a meal or drink.

Great location for the Vatican. Hotel was a bit dirty overall. The corners, baseboards etc had build up of dust/dirt. Linens were clean and staff was friendly. Breakfast was limited but good enough to start the day.

I feel as if we should have received a refund for at least one night. Out of the four night stay, the power went out for an hour the second night, and we had no hot water for the rest of the stay. Offering a return for the portion of the trip that we could not shower would display a huge amount of trust to future clients.
I will say that the staff was very kind and helpful, but the owner needs to revisit this scenario and do what is right.
